While the cutting wheel is designed and engineered to last many, many thousands of cuts, it will eventually wear and when it does a replacement cutting wheel, will return the cut quality of your machines to as it was when it was new.

 

If your machine has been used to the point where the cutting wheel has become completely worn, then it is likely that the other parts within the cutting head will also have seen some wear.  As such, it is advisable to change all of the parts in the head and even the plastic head moulding, all of which are included in the Service Pack.
